Bubble Wrap Printing

I had two things I wanted to play with on this page: printing with bubble wrap and to make some birds on newsprint. I painted the background. I used a foam brush to apply a thick layer of black acrylic paint onto a small section of bubble wrap. If you use a thin layer of paint or a large section of bubble wrap, the paint can dry before you stamp it onto the page, so the effect is not that dramatic. I reapplied paint most of the time before stamping another part of the background. I used a Wite-Out correction pen to add some white dots. I hand cut some birds from newsprint. I used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in turquoise to spray the birds. I have a box I use for spraying pieces in, so the overspray is contained. I zapped the birds with a heat gun to dry them and then added details with a fine point pen. I attached the birds with double-sided tape. I then added the border and sentiment.
